Return & Cancellation Policy
This policy summarizes key return and cancellation terms. Full terms and conditions are governed by the TITANS Network Terms of Service.
At TITANS Network, we work hard to deliver reliable connectivity, high-quality hardware, and a smooth reseller experience. Here’s how returns and cancellations work across our Service Plans, SIMs, and Hardware.
Returns (30 Days)
TITANS Network equipment is covered by a 30-Day Return Policy beginning on the date your modem is marked delivered by the carrier.
- You may request a return within 30 days
- Equipment must be returned in the original packaging, and in good working condition, without damage or missing components
- A $50 equipment restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns submitted after 30 days are not eligible for refunds. Equipment returned damaged, incomplete, or without authorization may incur additional fees, up to the full retail value of the modem.
How to Start a Return
Contact support through the Client Portal or email [email protected] to request a Return Form and prepaid return label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Cancellations
After the initial 30-day return window, subscriptions are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the remainder of the contract term.
If you choose not to renew at the end of your contract term:
- You must notify support before renewal
- Equipment must be returned within 14 days (unless ownership has transferred under a completed 36-month term)
- Failure to return equipment may result in equipment replacement fees as outlined in your agreement
Equipment Return and Ownership Terms
- Customers who subscribe to a monthly subscription plan and cancel less than 12-months into the initial commitment will be charged an early service termination fee of $150. The customer must also return the equipment to the Company within 14 days, or they will incur a $20 prorated equipment fee for each remaining month of the 12-month commitment.
- Customers who subscribe to a 12-month subscription planand choose not to renew their subscription must return the modem to the Company within 14 days of the end of their subscription term or they will incur a $495 equipment fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file.
- Customers on a 24-month subscription planwho do not renew their subscription must return the modem to the Company within 14 days of the end of their subscription term and or they will incur a $248 equipment fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file.
- Customers who complete a 36-month subscription planand choose not to renew their subscription may retain the modem at no additional cost, and ownership of the device will transfer to the customer upon completion of the full term.
Equipment must be activated within 14 days of delivery as outlined in the Terms of Service.
