The TITAN 5000 is designed for indoor business locations. The TITAN 5100 Ruggedized provides flexible window, wall and outdoor placement for more challenging signal conditions. Both use high-performance antenna designs intended to make better use of the available signal. Is a contract required if I use my own compatible device?
No. The standalone Failover plan has no service commitment when you use your own compatible device. The 12-month commitment applies only when you select a TITANS modem.
What if I already have TITANS Business Internet?
Can multiple locations or devices share data?
Data pooling is available across eligible Failover devices under the same customer account, helping businesses manage backup connectivity across multiple eligible locations.
